We’ve got Jerris “Quick the Poet” Evans, our cover feature, and South Florida’s spoken word avant-garde. From Toronto, Canada, we have international chef Noel Cunningham, who advises on how to get over a slump and the importance of preparation. Salam the Poet from The Goat Pen Society, is featured in the poetic spotlight. Cellist Kevin Jones talks about the meaning of Black History and his journey with the cello. Plus, we’re giving tips on self-advocacy, perseverance, and showing grace to yourself and others.
